Any registered card number can be looked up at any Old Chicago location. Please ask a manager to retrieve your lost WBT card number, and they will transfer all of the info from the lost card to a new WBT card. If you know your lost card number, tell the manager of your local Old Chicago and they will transfer the information to a new card. If your card was not registered, on your next visit please ask your server for a new card, then email tourguide@oldchicago.com with that card number and how many beers you remember having and they will be manually added to your new card. If you have two active WBT cards please email tourguide@oldchicago.com to have the cards merged. You may also use this form to have your cards merged, or to report a lost card, but it may take longer than reporting the card numbers through your local restaurant.
